You gain inspiration off of other great works. Also, do not spend so much time reading up on how to write better. That can be a distraction too. Read enough to get you going, then write, write, write. After you write, then cut, cut, cut. Editing is so important in making sure your work is polished, and does not repeat itself or utilize useless jargon. There! I wrote this! I am accountable. I now must put my owns words into practice. Fair thee well! Let me just reach for my fly swatter...and SPLAT! There, no more procrastination bug. Sigh...I wish it was that simple.

Turn it Off!
You gain inspiration off of other great works. Also, do not spend so much time reading up on how to write better. That can be a distraction too.
